Poffertjes Pan Cast Iron and Enamel [GF6794] $47.50 by Thomas Godbold Date Added: Monday 16 July, 2007 I just got this poffertjes pan and this was my first use of it, and I LOVE how well it worked- as nonstick (with the use of butter) as any teflon pan I have ever used! I also love how well the cast iron retains heat, so once it is heated up I can make batch after batch and not wait for the pan to reheat as I would with an aluminum pan- absolutely wonderful!
